The Chord House Way
A ladder of 10 levels. One concept per lesson, a game to lock it in, and a certificate at the top of every level. Pick a step to see what's on it.
Every lesson gets two song picks
- Man in the Mirror Song Pick
- Holy Forever Worship Pick
Learn it, then play it
Each lesson is two pages: the big idea with a keyboard picture, then a real song and a three-star challenge.
Track every step
The Map & Tracker shows where you are on the ladder, with practice days and stars to collect.
More than theory
Ear training, improvisation and real songs mixed with the fundamentals, so you build musicianship, not just reading skills.

Hi, I'm JC.
Build something that outlives you.
That's why The Chord House exists. I want every student to leave with more than a few songs. I want them to understand music well enough to keep playing, keep writing and keep teaching others long after our lessons end.
I built The Chord House Way from years of teaching kids, adults and worship musicians. It's fun first, but the skills are real: reading music, chords, grooves, playing by ear and worship keys.

Questions people ask
Do you teach guitar, bass or drums?
Yes. Piano and keys come first, and we also teach acoustic guitar and bass guitar to all ages. Beginner drum lessons are available on request. Every instrument starts with a free trial lesson, and if you continue, it counts as your first lesson.
Do I need a piano at home?
A keyboard with full-size keys is enough to start. We can help you choose one at your trial lesson.
How young can students start?
Kids from around five do well with Level 1, thanks to games, stickers and the Note Houses. Adults start at the same place and move faster.
I play by ear. Is this for me?
Yes. You'll fill the gaps, learn to read chord charts and lead sheets, and grow into playing with a band or worship team.
How do I get my download after paying?
At checkout you add your email and pay on Ziina with your order code in the note. Once we see the payment, we email your files, usually the same day.
Can I learn on my own with the PDFs?
You can. Every lesson explains the idea, gives you steps to try and a song to play. Lessons with us add feedback, recordings and a plan made for you.
